Booking & Deposit Policy

To secure your photography session, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your session date and time are reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

Image Delivery and Usage

Edited images will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks after the session. You will receive a link to your private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos.

The images provided are for personal use only. You may print and share them as you wish, but commercial use or redistribution without permission is prohibited. For commercial use or additional licensing, please contact us to discuss options.

Client Responsibilities

Please arrive at the agreed location on time and prepared for your session. This includes wearing outfits that align with the session’s vision, bringing any personal items or props, and being ready to engage in the creative process.

Late Arrival

To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your session. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session time will be adjusted accordingly, and the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Unfortunately, this may result in fewer photos or less time for various setups.

If you’re significantly delayed or need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but additional fees may apply for rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Additional Fees

Any additional requests or changes made during the session that were not previously discussed may incur extra charges. We will inform you of any potential additional costs before proceeding.

Client Questionnaire

To ensure a personalized experience, please complete the client questionnaire form prior to our initial consultation. This helps us understand your vision and preferences for the session.

Damages to Property

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damages they cause to the photographer’s equipment or studio property. If any items are damaged during the session due to negligence or intentional actions, the client will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.

Pre-Session Checklist: We conduct a pre-session check of all equipment and studio property to ensure everything is in working order. We ask clients to handle all items and spaces with care to avoid any damage.

Client Safety

Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance. We strive to create a safe environment during sessions. However, clients should inform us of any physical limitations or medical conditions that might affect their ability to participate in certain poses or activities.

Personal Responsibility

By participating in the session, clients acknowledge that they are in good health and capable of engaging in the session's activities. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur during the session.

Emergency Procedures

n the unlikely event of an injury or emergency, we will take immediate action to ensure your safety and seek medical help if necessary. Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions beforehand to aid in providing the best care possible.

Liability Waiver

Signing a Waiver: To cover potential issues related to damages and personal injury, clients will be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to the session. This waiver acknowledges understanding and acceptance of the risks associated with the session.
